"The complexity of the projects I am responsible for combined with the number of different groups involved have been likened to "herding cats." Kay's encouragement and thoughtful insights helped me expand and refine my leadership skills. Her support enabled me to forge a cohesive, resilient team and a
common set of shared values. Kay's support was invaluable, especially given the budget and schedule constraints I work with."
-
Charles Miller
"Kay gave me the tools I needed to manage my response to what is happening around me. Now I feel like I am in control, both personally and professionally and I find myself living a life of authentic joy. Working with Kay has fundamentally changed the landscape of my life forever. Without
question, I have achieved more and am a better person - the woman I longed to be - as a result of working with Kay."
-
Jeanne M. Talbot
"As a highly experienced leader I had doubts that there was a coach who could improve my leadership traits, or quality of life for that matter, but Kay brought me to a level I never dreamed possible. Her insight created a clarity I was
able to apply with my supervisors, peer and employees. I have moved from reacting to situations to handling myself with humor, wisdom, clarity and perspective. Kay is truly a master at what she does, and she's made all the difference in my journey."

You find the sweet spot using the same skills you’ve used to achieve everything else in life. Now I want to help you find your own sweet spot of success.
Reluctant To Ask For help?
By the very nature of what you do and what you’ve accomplished, only 1 in 10,000 people understand what you’re going through. Many people have busy lives, but few people have so much responsibility sitting on their shoulders.
You’re only willing to work with people who completely understand your situation. Unfortunately, the people who truly do understand are struggling with the same challenges.
I understand your world and your drive to be your absolute best.
Why I Love Working With Extreme Leaders
I used to be an Extreme Leader, too.
I achieved eye popping business results in the toughest of circumstances. The bigger the challenge, the better. Nothing could stop me….
And then I got my wake-up call.
The employees reporting to me got together to write a letter to the company president saying that I was a cold-hearted bitch and that if I wasn't fired they were going to quit. The only reason I wasn’t fired was because I was able to create outstanding financial results.
I knew I had to create a whole new way of being if I was to continue to reach higher and higher levels of success. Failure was not an option.
That put me on the path to finding my way to more money, more meaning and a far greater contribution in life. I found my sweet spot of success.
Now I enjoy a truly rich and rewarding life.
And I still love being a leader. As the 2007 President of the International Coach Federation, the world’s largest association for professional coaches with members in 82 countries, I worked to create coaching excellence in six continents.
As an executive coach and leadership consultant, I have chosen to work with other Extreme Leaders to help them also find the sweet spot of success – the place where you really can have it all.
I love working with you – the Extreme Leader. You are highly intelligent, driven and willing to do whatever it takes as long as you know what that is. You love to make big things happen and get great results. I do, too.
Don’t settle for less than your absolute best.
You can find the sweet spot of success - more money, more meaning and making a far greater contribution in life. I’ll show you how.
