Kay Cannon approaches coaching from a unique perspective; she understands that her clients aren’t  looking for just another coach that can teach them how to be more organized, be a better boss, or lead more effective teams. Kay’s clients are already at the top of their field, but have often paid dearly for their success. Kay's role is to nurture and gently guide these accomplished leaders to the path that will bring them personal joy as well as soul-satisfying success.
Kay’s experience as a corporate executive and Master Certified Coach spans 25 years. Her clients include leaders from Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial ventures, governmental agencies and non-profit international associations. Her work includes leadership coaching and team development for NASA. She also serves as a leadership expert for the International Spa Association and its worldwide membership. Kay is the current president of the International Coaches’ Federation.
