Member of senior management team. Grew a venture capital funded start-up from an initial funding of $5M to a company purchased for approximately $80M by a Fortune 500 company. Directed national payor operations and worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies. Key player in business unit turnarounds, product development, strategic joint ventures, key client relationships and the assimilation of corporate cultures and structures following mergers and acquisitions.
